3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the rc777 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer

No account may be sold, transferred, or made available for use by another person. An account is always considered the personal property of the original registrant.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount on rc777 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposits made through methods other than those listed will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal, and funds will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Delays

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or employing collusion or hedging strategies — rc777 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Program

The rc777 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active and continuing to play.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once all bets are finalised, no changes or cancellations can be made. If a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or system issue, rc777 reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

rc777 guarantees fair and transparent outcomes across all games. All game software is independently tested and secured with SSL encryption. If any user attempts to exploit errors or vulnerabilities in the gaming software, their account will be terminated immediately.

6.3 Technical Issues

rc777 will not be liable for any losses or missed bets caused by server outages, loss of internet connection, or other technical issues. In such situations, the outcome of any active bet will be determined according to the system log.
